Senior Account Manager

Lisa has over 18 years of employee benefit and human resources experience, working for large, multi-national corporations in various roles. She spent 3 years living and working in Europe and has unique experiences managing global benefit and compensation programs, including expatriate assignment management. Lisa joined Advantage Benefits Group in 2015 as a Senior Account Manager and is the agency-wide practice lead for Affordable Care Act consulting and compliance. She has extensive experience with self-funded health care plans, union and non-union groups, manufacturing, education, law firms, physician groups, and non-profit organizations. She is a licensed producer of life, accident and health benefits, a licensed life insurance counselor (LIC), a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), and holds professional certifications in COBRA, HIPAA, 401(k) plan management, and International Benefits. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan.
