Rachel has over 20 years of combined experience in human resources and employee benefit plan account management with employer groups of all sizes and funding arrangements. This experience includes executing benefit implementation, generating customized benefits material, analyzing claims reporting and utilization trends for self-funded clients, answering questions regarding group benefits and insurance policies, and providing compliance assistance with federal and state legislation, etc. Prior to her brokerage experience, Rachel served in various HR Management and Benefits Administration roles in the transportation, retail, and higher education industries for over 10 years. She received her bachelor’s degree from Davenport University in Human Resource Management and has earned certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
