Beth brings 30 years experience of designing and implementing cost effective employee benefit strategies and total rewards solutions for employers. As an Employee Benefits consultant Beth has developed a strong reputation for her forward thinking strategies, sound business acumen, authenticity and collaboration with her clients, their employees and vendor partners.

Her unique depth of experience includes leadership roles in the Healthcare Industry in Health Population Management as well Human Resource Management in the manufacturing sector.

Beth is a graduate of North Central College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Industrial Psychology. She is a Board member of Healing The Children (Michigan chapter) bringing healthcare to underserved children domestically and internationally.

She and her husband Chris enjoy spending time with family at their Northern Michigan home and are avid aviators.
