Manager - Ancillary & Executive Benefits

Kelsey started with Advantage Benefits Group in May 2018, as an account manager of the ancillary department. Since her start at Advantage Benefits Group, Kelsey has been promoted to the ancillary department team lead and specializes in executive benefits. She is responsible for account support and management, with a strong devotedness to department growth and process enhancement. In addition to her team leadership role, Kelsey is an active participant on three internal work committees heavily focused on improving interdepartmental relations and team efficiencies. Prior to joining the ABG team, Kelsey graduated from Davenport University where she double majored and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management as well as gaining a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. During her attendance at Davenport, she served as a key member of the competitive cheerleading team helping the team earn 9 National Titles. Outside of work, Kelsey continues her passion for cheerleading as an assistant cheerleading coach for Rockford High School’s Varsity program. She also enjoys spending time with her dogs, Major & Birdie, family, and friends.
