Amanda van Ruiten

Ancillary Account Manager

Amanda joined Advantage Benefits Group in October 2024, bringing a strong background in human resources and a passion for employee benefits. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Marketing, along with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management. During her studies, she interned in the GVSU Human Resources office and at Walt Disney World Resort. Before joining ABG, Amanda was the regional Benefits & HRIS Administrator for an international corporation, where she gained valuable experience managing US benefits programs for a diverse employee population.

At ABG, Amanda serves as an Ancillary Account Manager, primarily focused on managing dental, vision, life, disability, and worksite benefits for clients. Her expertise allows her to deliver comprehensive solutions that support clients’ benefit offerings and ensure a seamless experience for employees.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys crocheting, reading, and international travel.
